If you had your own business how would you run it?

Example; If you were starting out with a flower shop or a furniture repair shop . how would you advertise and how many people would you start off with for employees . think budget and smarts.

If you had your own business how would you run it?
Is there anyway that you can run the business from your home? such as a room in your garage? Rent on a brick and mortor is going to be your biggest expense. Having a room in your garage you can charge yourself rent- which is tax deductable. To begin advertising- word of mouth is the best and cheapest. Tell everyone you meet. Get magnets for your vehicle that have your company name, logo and phone number - again pretty much free advertising! Here's the part that hurts- what are the hours you plan to work? will your shop be open from 9-5 daily? 9-9 daily? Will you be running your business or will it be running your life?

Keep an open mind and consider another option - check out my website (which by the way is Free- one of the perks) If you'd like to know how I get Free Leads pop me an email. I take home CASH the day I work, I work only when I want to, the hours I want to and I love it! I've made a ton of new friends and I get recognition! The is the most fun you will ever have making serious money!
Reply:For small business and unknown people advertisement does not pay much in the start. You should do limited advertisment in the media you think is mostly used by your target audience. However initially you should be using your contacts to generate sales, personal selling etctera. Moreover limited staff and do most of the work yourself. Avoid loans, you may add partner to overcome capital shortage.
Reply:you got answer in the website
Reply:I own my own transportation business. The best way of advertising is online. As for number of employees, it depends on how big your shop will be. start small %26amp; grow big. Have friends %26amp; family help you in the store at first untill your number of customers grow. Good luck!
