My mom owns a flower shop and for holidays I want to sell gourmet apples and chocolate covered strawberries. I make really good c.c. strawberries but they are injected with a small amount Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream. But, I know I would probably need a liquor license to sell something that contains liquor so I need an alternative to the alcoholic stuff. What should I inject my strawberries with??
Non-alcoholic infused strawberries???
Not really for the LL, but id you dilute the Tequila Rose liquer with a strwberrie syrup or even melted chocolate, it will tone down the kick, unless you had awfully big strawberries the amount of alcohol is minimual.
Even a flavoured syrup with Rum or Grand Marnier, just remember to not overdue it, as the people want the flavour not to bite in and be shocked or squirted with the filling.
Reply:Lemon juice. It will keep them fresh longer because of the acid. Good luck!
Reply:grenadine or pomegrante juice ...There are also rum %26amp; brandy extracts that you could add to juice... You should ask a local attorney about the liquor laws there. Maybe a tiny amount would be acceptable; or maybe you could dilute the Tequila to an acceptable alcohol percentage. (Ethel May chocolates, made %26amp; sold in Las Vegas, have liquor in them, and you don't have to be "of age" to buy them)
