What is the best liquid eyeliner?

it's for my girlfriend. She uses black eyeliner on her top lash and makes a cat eye? I think thats what it's called, when it goes out in a point a little. Like the Victorias Secret models and emo girls kinda. Shes always saying she wants to find a good one thats not too thick and not too thin. Can anyone suggest a good BLACK LIQUID EYELINER? I want to buy her all kinds of little things for Valentines day. Things she likes, Magazines, Cd's, DVD's, Makeup, Mac eyeshadow, Gift Cards from all her favorite shops and of course flowers, candy and dinner!. LOL

Reply:As a makeup artist I always use Guerlain Paris from Divinora. It's a black liquid eyeliner, it is also waterproof (they also have other colors, make sure you buy black liquid)... I use my for almost 2 years now and it's just half-used... and I apply it all the time...
