We live in a small town, what would be a good business to start? Any ideas, please. A list of what we have:?

greenhouse, restaurants, gas stations 2, antique mall, grocery store, bars, video stores, hair salons, flower shops, ins. real estate etc., had a few consignment shops but they never stayed open, mexican grocery, mexican restaurants, hallmark, massage therapy, small used furniture store, pharmacy, dollar stores.



What are we missing you think would do well?



Would like to have a reasonable start up price not something that costs an arm and a leg.

WOODEN KNIFES,ALL WOODEN KITCHEN ITEMS

IF YOU HAVE LAND THEN SOME FLOWERS OR VEGETABLES IS A GREAT IDEA

SUPPLY FRESH TO YOUR RESTURANT AND STOP BUYING FROM BIG TOWNS

Well it seems that most of what people need your town has, I did notice one thing is missing and that is a beneficial nutritional store, a place where people can try a healthy nutritional good tasting shake or a green tea. I think that that if you look to build a business you must understand that it will take a lot of work, but I think you know that. I would suggest that whatever business you do decide to open, that you take the time to develop yourself as much as you develop your business. A good book to read is " Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and See you at the Top by Zig Ziglar. These two books are good. I wish you the best and much success
Reply:Look at how much money you have first.



Then look at what you love to do. (what you love to do would mean you would work that business for free because as a small business at times you may have to.... work for free).



Match those two things first then make a list based on those two criteria.
