I make all kinds of chocolate suckers and candies. I was wondering do I need some sort of vending license to give my candies to gift stores or flower shops to sell for me.
Selling Candy?
You probably need a health inspection permit if you are selling food items. Any gift shop you approach should want to know that the candy is being prepared in a Healthy and safe environment. You may find some places that are willing to buy from you but there is a legal concern if someone gets sick. Good Luck

Reply:dif states/dif rules. ohio says dont need anthing to sell jams/or bakery. the amish do all the time good luck
