My flowers shop always experiences several chargebacks in one way or another. It's costing me hard-earned revenues. Is there a way to prevent these nasty chargebacks ?
Is there a way to prevent chargebacks?
I guess the only way to prevent it would be to... not accept credit cards, which would not be feasible, or good business sense in this society of ours.
Some people are going to rip you off, unfortunately. It stinks that it happens.
Cheers!!
Reply:If you have credit card processing service, it would effectively protect you against fraudulent credit card transactions. Despite this, chargebacks can and does happen to any business. The trick now lies entirely with the merchants. There are positive steps that can be implemented to prevent chargebacks. Among them are quality products, keeping delivery receipts, an excellent after sales service, and plain vigilance against suspicious looking customers.
You can read more about this in the link below.
Reply:Always deliver what was promised! Is that so hard?
Waaay back in 1972, upon the delivery of my son, my husband, stationed in Germany sent flowers... got a dozen black roses. Supposed to be red, but they were dead.
so why do you have chargebacks? Enlighten us!
