There are some US flower girl dresses on www.justdresses.co.uk but I don't know if they do Tiffany Designs.
US dresses are hard to come by in the UK because the shipping costs for retailers are also high plus there is import duty to pay plus handling charges at customs so it's generally easier to stick to European labels.

Reply:I suggest you can find them on eBay. There have so many various dresses for lower price. If you can not find Tiffany Designs, you may find other beauiful dresses for flower girl.
