2 Questions: Graduation Robes, Corsages?

I'm a guy.



1. Under a black robe with a gold sash:

- What color shirt is the best to wear?

- Should it be a collared shirt? (how do you wear a sash with a collared shirt?)

- Should I wear a tie as well?

- The robe's sleeves don't cover my entire arm and reach a little below the elbow... should I fold up my shirt's sleeves?



2. With a lavender dress:

- What color corsage would be good? Yellow? Purple? A mix?

- Do flower shops usually run out of corsages near graduation time?

2 Questions: Graduation Robes, Corsages?
1.Wear a collared dress shirt underneath, It can be any color that you'd like but dont roll the sleeves up and keep the collar tucked under the robe not up and out over it. Wear a tie but one that doesn't have bold or funky patterns, It should be subtle and tie in with your shirt. Also You wont have to worry about the sash since it will be drapping over your shoulders.



2. The corsage can be white with lavender. And flowershops will make corsages for you if you give them a notice well ahead of time.
