I have had so many graphics problems and cannot play a lot of my games.Should I change my graphics card?

Toshiba Satellite A135.Vista home prem.32-bit op. Intel pentium dual core.Mobile Intel (R)945 Express chipset.Intel firmware hub.Intel(R) GMA 950.

I was playing "Barnyard" and half the graphics don't work. I was able to play most of it anyway until the key to proceeding further was to play pool with a dog and the dog and p table aren't there! Buildings are missing, a bunch of scenery is missing.

I also bought "Flower Shop"Big City Break,I downloaded it and when I open it,the screen is black, the music is playing in the background and in the lower right corner you can see a half inch square of the scene.

I need to know if its safe to change my graphics card,What type of card, and if you believe that will fix my problems? If not WHAT TO DO ? PLEASE!!!

Well the bad news is that you can not upgrade the Intel Graphics card. It is embedded on the motherboard of the notebook. That's the problem with buying a notebook as your main computer no way of upgrading it besides the memory and the harddrive.

If it's fairly new try to exchange it for a new notebook with an Nvidia or ATI video card with at least 256mb. Sorry for the bad news. =(
Reply:That's a laptop, I don't think you can upgrade the video card in that model. The Intel video is not really a gaming chip. Have you tried updating the video drivers to the latest versions.
