experience is the distant second thing -- 30%



after that, capitalization and plan are probably the rest -- 10%

you can still go broke without the 10% part. Probably the best you can do without the experience is to break even.



you can't succeed without the location though. So tell me why your location and experience give me a chance at this in the face of flowers being sold in every supermarket in the city.
Reply:If it was going to produce a return on my investment then yes I would. I would need to see numbers and projections and make my decision based on that.
